New as of 2024, Jenkintown’s “Friends of the Pond” (if you know, you know) alumni committee has really hit the ground running.  Our goal is to strengthen Jenkintown’s alumni network for the benefit of its members and the current school.  We have already begun working with the school’s Senior Internship Program, raising funds for the Jenkintown 150 celebrations, and planning a new-and-improved Homecoming event to take place near Town Square this fall.  If you have any ideas for us or would like to donate or just be involved in Friends of the Pond, feel free to reach out to Fran O’Neill (JHS ’00)  at info@jsdef.org.
